These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KlipStreet platform and services ("Platform"). By accessing or using KlipStreet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Overview
KlipStreet is an online marketplace that connects real estate photographers ("Creators") with professional photo and video editors ("Editors") for image enhancement, virtual staging, and related services.
Account Registration
To use most features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
User Roles and Responsibilities
Creators
Creators can:
- Submit media for editing and download deliverables
- Browse and select Editors based on pricing, reviews, and turnaround time
- Pay for services using KlipStreet's secure payment system
- Rate and review completed work
Creators agree to:
- Only upload content they have rights to use
- Only upload media that is intended for editor access for professional editing
- Communicate professionally and clearly with Editors
- Not use the Platform to share unlawful or offensive content
Editors
Editors can:
- Create a service profile with pricing, turnaround times, and examples
- Receive and fulfill project requests
- Get paid via Stripe after completing work
Editors agree to:
- Provide high-quality, original editing work
- Meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Not use content submitted by Creators for any purpose outside the Platform
Payments and Fees
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- KlipStreet charges a commission per transaction. The remaining amount is paid to the Editor.
- Stripe fees are collected by Stripe, not Klipstreet.
Cancellations & Disputes
- Creators are encouraged to request revisions, to be completed by original editor, within a reasonable timeframe.
- If work is not delivered or is of unacceptable quality, KlipStreet can act as mediator to help resolve issues related to specific transactions.
- Disputes must be reported within 7 days of order delivery.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content
- Interfere with the Platform's functionality or security
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
Intellectual Property
- KlipStreet retains ownership of its platform, branding, and original content.
- Creators retain rights to their uploaded media.
- Editors grant a license to Creators to use completed work as part of the service agreement.
Termination
KlipStreet may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or any misuse of the Platform. Users may also delete their account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
KlipStreet is not liable for:
- User-submitted content or third-party services
- Delays, interruptions, or technical issues
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
